Exciting News…I have signed a deal to take my racing career to Asia in 2025 as I compete in Super Formula in Japan.
I will be driving for the Kondo Racing team in the series, which is considered the pinnacle of motorsport in Asia. The cars are at a level between Formula 2 and Formula 1 and the racing is spectacular!
As well as young drivers, the championship is home to many long-standing career professionals including my new team-mate, the experienced 29-year-old Japanese Kenta Yamashita.
This move is a lifeline for my career, after such a challenging 2024, when the Formula 2 season was cut short due to budget issues.
This year is a fresh start for me and marks the end of my time with the Williams Racing driver programme. I’m very grateful for the help Williams has given me over the last few years and wish them all the best for the future.
Time to go racing…
The new season is fast approaching, with the first track action over a two-day test at the legendary Suzuka circuit next month (February 18-19)
The first race weekend runs from March 7 to 9, also at Suzuka, with two races over the weekend.
You can follow the races in the UK on Motorsport TV and Apple TV
A huge thank you…
This newsletter is my first chance to thank everyone for their support throughout 2024. It was only thanks to my sponsors that I was able to remain in Formula 2 for long enough to showcase what I can do.
I’m hoping to raise funds for my racing costs for this season, so if you’d like to join the 500:500 Club for 2025, please take a look at my 500:500 Web Page.
Huge thanks to those of you who’ve already agreed to come onboard.
